GET READY TO BE: 

• Partnering with assigned departments that are split between Baltic countries and support them on all HR matters according to the business needs

• Responsible for core HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle, compensation & benefits, trainings, offboarding

• Contributing to the implementation of various HR initiatives as well as showing proactiveness in initiating them
  

WE EXPECT YOU TO:  

• Have at least 3 years of successful experience in HR (HR BP, Generalist or similar role)

• Know core HR processes and be interested in their further development

• Get additional points in this selection process because of your HR knowledge of Latvia and/or Estonia markets

• Enjoy HR partnering, taking ownership and solving challenges proactively

• Demonstrate can-do, self-driven and goal-oriented attitude, empathy, adaptability and ability to see the big picture

• Be a strong communicator, fluent in Lithuanian and English

The salary range for this position is 3800-4300 EUR gross per month depending on your experience and qualifications.
