GET READY TO: 

• Take ownership and lead CRO related activities, build processes and infrastructure, develop and execute conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies 

• Analyze user behavior, funnels, and conversion paths across web and mobile 

• Ensure efficient A/B testing roadmap  

• Use analytics tools to identify friction points and growth opportunities 

• Collaborate with team members to solve problems, suggest solutions and new features 
  

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:  

• 1+ years experience in CRO field and a proven track record of improving key metrics 

• strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and A/B testing platforms 

• Understanding of UX, UI, and customer psychology 

• good English and Lithuanian skills, both written and verbal 

• experience optimizing e-commerce funnels 

• data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

The salary range for this position is 2 000 - 3 500 EUR gross per month.
